Cancellation & Refund Policy
for Jyotish Wisdom

1. Refunds for Astrology Consultations

If you cancel your consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked.
If you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up, no refund will be issued. You’re welcome to reschedule, but you’ll need to book and pay for a new session. This is because I put time and preparation into each session, and your time slot could’ve been given to another client.

2. Refunds for Live Events

If you're attending a live online event and cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you’re eligible for a full refund.
If you don’t show up or cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be issued—but you’ll still receive the full recording of the event. All live events are recorded and sent out afterward.

3. Refunds for Digital Products and Recordings

There are no refunds for recorded classes, workshops, or digital downloads.
However, you’ll receive lifetime access to anything you’ve purchased—whether it’s a recording, a course, or an educational download from my website.

4. Post-Consultation Access

After your astrology session, I’ll send you a Notion document that includes:

A recording of your session
Personalized remedies and educational resources

You’ll have lifetime access to this document.
However, the video recording must be downloaded within 30 days, as I periodically delete stored recordings to free up space.

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
